The shifting dynamics of the media landscape demonstrate the importance of knowing how to adapt and cut through the discourse with words that resonate.

With her combined experience working in journalism, politics and communications, Lindsay Campbell is a trusted resource who will harness your voice and craft a compelling message that reaches your audience.

Lindsay joins Texture with a strong track record of project managing and directing communications for clients in the areas of agriculture, labour, and the environment. Her ability to connect with clients and package their story for public consumption has landed them in news stories and op-eds in outlets across the country. Lindsay has also helped clients shape their brands and grow their businesses through effective communications.

Prior to her entry into the consulting world, Lindsay was a reporter at iPolitics, where she wrote on federal politics and specialized in agriculture for a national audience. In her career as a freelance journalist, her pieces have been featured in the Globe and Mail, Maclean’s, the Narwhal, TVO, Nunatsiaq News, the Tyee, and Modern Farmer; and she maintains strong relationships with editors nationwide. She also offers a unique perspective as a former communications assistant for a Liberal member of parliament and understands the internal mechanics of Canadian politics.

Lindsay is a graduate of Carleton University, holding a Bachelor of Journalism with a minor in law. Within her graduating class, she was the recipient of the Karen Birchard Memorial Scholarship, awarded to a student who excelled in the area of science journalism. In addition to her work with Texture, Lindsay is working towards her law degree at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ont. She hopes to continue to make an impact with the new skills and education she acquires.
